Using a laptop, specialist interfaces and BMW group specific software it is possible to diagnose issues on your BMW or MINI. The advanced BMW & MINI software we use, provides full access to the systems on your vehicle - we often have customers referred to us from other motor trade partners who cannot accurately identify issues using their multi-vendor diagnostic systems.

BMW & MINI Mobile Diagnostic Service
If your vehicle is immobilised on the driveway, we offer a mobile BMW & MINI diagnostics service - providing an alternative to recovering the vehicle to a workshop. Perhaps you don't have a BMW or MINI specialist local to you and need more information to aid your decision making.

BMW & MINI Software Updates
The average BMW or MINI has around 20 computers on-board. Often referred to as control units or ECU's they control every aspect of your vehicle. Without this software your vehicle would not operate. Air to fuel ratio, engine timing, safety systems such as ABS and airbags, the heater control, audio system and i-Drive are all examples of control units with complex software controlling every aspect.
Most vehicles have never had a software update since the day they rolled off the production line. Since, the manufacturers will have identified thousands of errors or improvements that the latest software will address.
Think about it, you service your vehicle regularly to ensure it remains in good working order - so why not update the software occasionally and take advantage of improvements and advances!
BMW & MINI Navigation Maps Updated
We offer this service and only use genuine software provided by BMW & MINI. We never use "internet downloads" and offer proof of this to all customers using our services.
Unlock the potential of your vehicle by unlocking hidden features or enabling features that are not, by default, enabled from the factory.
